Document Management

The Team Chart Concept (TCC) system can manage all of your paper documents, including old medical records and paper-based information from outside sources.


		Old medical records can be scanned directly into the Team Chart Concept. Practices may choose to scan the documents themselves or outsource the job. After the documents have been scanned into TCC, the digitalized documents are immediately available for viewing, and the original documents can then be discarded. All incoming documents can be scanned as well. Just as with the old medical records, once scanned into TCC, the documents are accessible to all departments.

TCC's fully integrated Document Management system also allows you to store digital photographs, slides, and sound and video files. In fact, any type of data file supported by Microsoft Windows that can be viewed or manipulated by another program such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Windows Media Player, etc. can be stored in TCC.
