Reporting

The Team Chart Concept offers limitless reporting capabilities. Reports can be created with any combination of scheduling, billing, or clinical information. Offices may analyze data from one patient, a group of patients, or all patients.

Financial Summart

Financial Summary Report
Evaluate the financial health of your practice and identify financial trends with TCC's Financial Summary Report. The Financial Summary report displays a month-by-month summary of charges, payments, adjustments, and refunds. Payments, adjustments, and refunds are further broken down into categories of patient and insurance. Accounts in collections are also summarized on this report.

This report provides a snapshot of the overall financial health of your practice.


	[click to enlarge]	Primary Payor Financial Class Report Identify your biggest payors with TCC's Primary Payor Financial Class Report. This report provides a breakdown of charges, payments, and adjustments by the Financial Class of who is responsible for payment. With TCC, each third party payor (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance) can be assigned a Financial Class. The Financial Class is used to group related payors into one class for payment reporting purposes. There is no limit to the number of Financial Classes you can create and assign.

Procedure Productivity by Category Report
TCC's Productivity by Category Report summarizes charges by the category of the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) codes assigned to the charge. This report can be used to understand what types of charges are being performed by your practice, at a location, or by a provider.

	[click to enlarge]	Provider Comparison Report Does your practice have two or more providers? Use TCC's Provider Comparison Report to compare charges, payments, and adjustments across providers.
