I noted that they had a well defined plan and they methodically moved from step A through Z, making the conversion rather effortless, at least from our perspective. Since this installation, they have monitored our systems and provided an enormous amount of feedback on the hardware and its performance. Admittedly, I had concerns about having support 250 miles away, but they have actually provided much better service than our previous local support vendor.
