      <description><![CDATA[The GYN Templates are parameter-based bullet style and follow the 1997 Documentation Guidelines for a Genitourinary Evaluation. The user may easily document a comprehensive or problem-focused visit. An in-house GYN procedure template is also included. The OB initial evaluation template follows the ACOG format and/or recommendations. As the user runs the template, a User-Defined Record [UDR] is completed so all information is stored, reportable and quickly accessible. The paper OB flowsheet is recreated as a User-Defined Record and may easily be tracked from visit to visit. A report is included so that when the patient’s LMP is recorded in the UDR, TCC will quickly calculate the estimated due date. When the big day approaches, with a few clicks, a Word-Document may be created capturing all correctly-entered information to be sent to Labor and Delivery.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[The American Academy of Family Physicians provides a detailed outline for recommended immunizations, testing and health topic guidelines for various age levels. These outlines were used in creating the TCC Health Maintenance Routines for Pediatrics, Family Practice and Internal Medicine. The routines are developed using orders with attached User-Defined Records allowing the storage of results and status of each as well as the actual paper copy (scanned document). Once one age level routine is initiated, the Health Maintenance for the patient is set for life. Reports locate overdue health maintenance items as well as those due now or in the near future. Routines have also been developed for diabetes and obstetrical care.]]></description>
